1. Agreement to Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we advise you to discontinue use of our services.

2. Nature of Our Consultancy Services

SamEducationGroup operates as an authorized education consultancy helping students from Bangladesh explore, apply, and prepare for higher study in globally recognized colleges and universities across USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Our services include:

• Academic profile analysis and tailored country/course shortlisting.
• Liaison with university admissions departments for offer letters and CAS/I-20 issuance.
• Guidance on Statements of Purpose (SOP), letters of recommendation, and resume structuring.
• Verification and guidance on financial sponsorship and visa documentation.
• Mock visa interview sessions and pre-departure orientations.

3. Student Responsibilities & Authenticity

The integrity of the international admission and visa process depends on truthfulness and transparency. As a student/client, you agree that:

• All certificates, transcripts, test scores (IELTS/PTE/DET), and financial records provided by you are 100% genuine and authentic.
• SamEducationGroup maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent documents. Providing forged or misleading documents will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
• You will adhere to all official application deadlines, test schedules, and tuition fee transfer windows requested by universities or embassies.

4. Disclaimer Regarding University Admissions & Visas

While SamEducationGroup maintains an industry-leading success track record and adheres to official immigration guidelines:

• Admission Decisions: Final admission decisions and scholarship awards rest exclusively with the respective university or college admission boards.
• Visa Decisions: The sole authority to approve or reject a student visa belongs to the respective sovereign High Commission, Embassy, or Immigration Department (e.g., UK Visas and Immigration, US Embassy, IRCC Canada).
• No educational consultant can lawfully guarantee a visa. Any statement made by our advisors represents professional guidance based on past expertise and official policy, not a statutory warranty.

5. Service Charges & University Tuition Fees

We pride ourselves on complete fee transparency:

• Initial profile evaluation and country shortlisting are conducted free of charge.
• All application fees, university tuition deposits, credibility interview fees, or embassy visa fees are payable directly to the official university or embassy portals unless explicitly invoiced.
• Any institutional service charges agreed upon prior to complex file processing are non-refundable once documentation processing has formally commenced.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, graphics, text, and guidebooks on SamEducationGroup's digital platforms are the proprietary intellectual property of SamEducationGroup and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Services shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of our consultancy contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sylhet, Bangladesh.
