Q. Do I need to make an appointment before visiting the office?
While walk-ins are always warmly welcomed between 10:00 AM and 06:00 PM (Sat–Thu), booking an appointment beforehand guarantees you dedicated time with a senior counsellor for in-depth profile evaluation.
Q. Are the initial consultation and profile evaluations free of charge?
Yes, 100% free! We evaluate your academic certificates, GPA, English test scores (IELTS/PTE/Duolingo), and budget with zero consultation fees.
Q. Which documents should I carry when visiting your office?
Please bring copies of your academic certificates and transcripts (SSC, HSC, Bachelor's), valid passport (if available), updated CV, and English proficiency score sheet if already taken.
Q. Can I get counselling remotely if I live outside Dhaka or Sylhet?
Absolutely! We conduct online video counselling via Zoom or Google Meet and communicate continuously via WhatsApp and email for students across Bangladesh and abroad.
